TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lowkeyaud.io (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. LOWKEY AUDIO is a solo developer ("I", "me", "my"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Store

LOWKEY AUDIO sells audio software ("Products"). All checkout, payment, and delivery is handled by the merchant of record, Gumroad. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Gumroad's terms and policies. Use of the Products themselves is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. I may add, modify, or discontinue Products without notice. Occasional errors in pricing or descriptions may occur; I reserve the right to correct them.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, artwork, poster designs, logos, the LOWKEY AUDIO name, audio demos, and the Products — are owned by LOWKEY AUDIO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission, except as expressly allowed by the EULA for Products you have purchased.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any unlawful way or to infringe others' rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
  • scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site or interfere with its security features;
  • redistribute, resell, or share Products or license keys in violation of the EULA.

Third-Party Links & Embeds

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (such as Gumroad, SoundCloud, and YouTube). LOWKEY AUDIO is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOWKEY AUDIO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Products. LOWKEY AUDIO's total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOWKEY AUDIO from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
