REFUND POLICY

LOWKEY AUDIO Products are digital goods delivered as instant downloads through the store provider, Gumroad. Because digital software cannot be "returned" once downloaded, please read this policy before purchasing. LOWKEY AUDIO is a solo developer ("I", "me", "my").

Try Before You Buy

Every product page includes audio demos, and several Products have free editions (look for the FREEBIES section). I strongly encourage you to listen to the demos and try a free Product to make sure my tools fit your workflow before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final — With One Exception

Because Products are downloadable software, I generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of compatibility you could have checked against the stated system requirements.

The exception: if a Product has a technical defect I cannot resolve within a reasonable time, I will provide a full refund. To qualify:

• contact me within 14 days of purchase;
• describe the issue, your operating system, and your DAW so I can try to help first;
• give me a fair opportunity to fix the problem (most issues are quick installation or compatibility fixes).

How to Request Support or a Refund

Email support@lowkeyaud.io with your Gumroad order number and a description of the problem. I aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method.

Gumroad's Role

As the merchant of record, Gumroad processes all payments and refunds. Gumroad may also operate its own buyer-protection policies; your purchase is subject to Gumroad's terms in addition to this policy.

Chargebacks

Please contact me before initiating a chargeback — it's almost always faster for me to resolve the issue or refund you directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in license revocation.
