LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and LOWKEY AUDIO — a solo developer ("I", "me", "my") — for the use of my audio software, including all plugins, instruments, presets, and related materials ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

License Grant

Subject to your payment and ongoing compliance with this EULA, LOWKEY AUDIO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Software for your own music and audio production, whether personal or commercial.

  • You may install and use the Software on computers that you own or control.
  • You may use the Software on multiple of your own machines (for example, a studio desktop and a laptop), provided you are the sole user.
  • Free Products are licensed under the same terms as paid Products, except where noted.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software or your license to anyone else;
  • share, publish, or distribute the installer, license key, or download link;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • remove or alter any copyright notices or branding;
  • use the Software to develop a competing product.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. LOWKEY AUDIO and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the Software, including its code, DSP algorithms, UI, artwork, and factory content. Bundled factory presets remain the property of LOWKEY AUDIO.

Your Audio Is Yours

Any music, recordings, or audio you create using the Software are entirely yours. You owe LOWKEY AUDIO no royalties or attribution for output produced with the Software. This license covers the Software itself, not the art you make with it.

Updates

Updates and bug fixes for a Product are provided at my discretion and are covered by this EULA. Major new versions may be offered as separate Products.

Term & Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms, in which case you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software. Sections covering ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LOWKEY AUDIO does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or host. You use the Software at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOWKEY AUDIO will not be liable for any damages — including lost data, lost profits, or hardware/speaker damage — arising from the use or inability to use the Software. LOWKEY AUDIO's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

Refunds

Because the Software is delivered digitally, refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
