Overview

DREAMCHASER is a stereo delay and polyphonic pitch-shifter built to chase the wall-of-sound shimmer of classic shoegaze, modeled on the Blush pedal and rebuilt for the DAW. A phase-vocoder pitch engine shifts whole chords cleanly into octave, fifth, or fourth stacks, while a Chase control feeds that pitch back into the delay so every repeat climbs higher into a glittering cascade. A coupled Time control bends delay length and sample rate together — pull it short and the repeats degrade into vintage 12-bit haze, governed by a two-stage character chain of analog-style reconstruction filtering plus mu-law companded quantization. A four-voice Dimension D / Juno-60 chorus called Dream blankets everything in seasick width, equal-power stereo panning sweeps the repeats across the field, and a Hold button freezes the buffer into an endless crossfaded drone.

• Dream Ensemble Chorus — A four-voice Dimension D / Juno-60 chorus with phase-offset triangle LFOs washes the entire signal in dreamy, modulated width.
• Stereo Width Panning — Equal-power panning sweeps repeats across the stereo field, with a mono-fold toggle to check compatibility without leaving the DAW.
• Hold Freeze — Captures and loops the current delay buffer with crossfaded, zero-crossing loop points for sustained drones that keep pitch-shifting and modulating.
